FLICK Sports Academy aims to help to:
Be a Positive Influence
We hope to inspire our young people to be more than they thought they could be by providing them a team of positive role models to learn alongside.
Healthy Habits
Supporting others to create physical health and habits that will help throughout their lives and acts as a way to exist in a state of life -long happiness, independence and purpose.
Build Self Confidence
Improving self-confidence through challenging activities, finding intrinsic motivation, developing social skills and creating a pathway for participants to grow to become independent learners.
Conflict Resolution
To give ideas of how to deal with conflict, especially regarding kids that are younger, or older than them and how to interact amicably in all situations.
Communication
Kids and adults of differing ages learning to interact with each other in various settings. Words have power and we teach that positive words have positive power. ‘Encourage, Empower and Unite.’
Inclusive
We support all types of participants from NDIS classes as well as people who cannot afford to participate in regular sport activities. Everyone is welcomed into our classes.
